Consultation Sessions

Advanced Booking

Consultations must be scheduled in advance via WhatsApp, Setmore, or phone call.

Confirmation Message

Your booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from us.

Consultation Duration

Each session lasts at least 1 hour and includes a discussion of your fitness goals and needs, followed by a short training session to assess your mobility. We recommend wearing comfortable sports attire for the session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.

2. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice) may require a rebooking at a later date.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

1. If you fail to attend without prior notice, you will need to rebook for the next available appointment.

2. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the consultation will be marked as a no-show and will require rebooking.

Training Sessions

Advanced Booking

All training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to your coach's availability.

Consultation Duration

Each session lasts at least 1 hour. Sessions start at the scheduled time, and late arrivals will not extend the sessions.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

1. If you fail to attend without prior notice, your session will be counted as a complete session.

2. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be shortened or cancelled, and the session will be counted as a complete session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

1. Clients may reschedule their session at least 12 hours in advance at no extra charge, subject to your coach's availability.

2. Cancellations made with less than 1 hour notice will be charged in full or deducted from your session package.
