Training Programs

We train anyone! However, our programs are particularly beneficial for those over 40 years of age.

We also offer 2-on-1 Partner Training packages, where you and a friend can train side by side, having fun while getting fit together with expert guidance.

We currently only offer in-person training sessions, but feel free to reach out for any updates or future offerings!

The best thing about Fit For Life is that each program is customised to your fitness and mobility level, ensuring you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively without uncomfortably straining yourself.

We recommend at least 2-3 sessions per week to see consistent results.

Results will depend on your consistency with your training and how well you take care of yourself on non-training days. Your commitment both in and out of the gym plays a key role in achieving your goals.

No worries! During your consultation, we’ll conduct thorough fitness and mobility assessments to understand your current capabilities and tailor the program to your needs.

However, make sure to get the go-ahead from your doctor before participating in any activities.

All our coaches hold recognised Personal Trainer Certifications and are trained in the Fit For Life Method to ensure seamless coaching.

Payment & Policies

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers for a smooth and hassle-free payment experience.

We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later instalment plans through providers like Atome, allowing you to spread your payments over time.

Nope! There are no additional or hidden fees to catch you off guard. You only pay for your training packages.

Good news is that we don’t charge any cancellation fees—you’re free to stop your package at any time.

However, please note that any unclaimed or unused sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated if you choose to resume training in the future.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

We understand that life happens! If you’re unable to attend a session, just inform your coach at least 1 hour in advance, and we’ll help you reschedule.

Do note that: 

  1. Missed sessions are not refundable, but they can be rescheduled if notice is given in time
  2. Rescheduled sessions must be used within your active package period and cannot be carried over if your package is discontinued.

Nutrition & Progress Tracking

Yes, our certified trainers offer nutrition advice and guidance. Feel free to ask questions about diet and meal planning during your sessions, via WhatsApp, or follow our Instagram for detailed nutrition tips from @fitforlifemy.

Each session begins with an InBody machine scan reviewed by your trainer, providing measurable insights into your current fitness and progress toward strength and longevity.

Health & Safety

We sanitise all machines and equipment immediately after each session to ensure maximum cleanliness. Our trainers are also CPR certified according to the American Heart Association (AHA) standards.

We recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing that allows you to move freely and confidently.

Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a small towel to keep fresh, and a pair of comfortable socks.

Since our gym is a barefoot facility, you'll feel right at home while working towards your fitness goals in a cozy, welcoming environment.
