We train anyone! However, our programs are particularly beneficial for those over 40 years of age.
Payments can be made via credit cards, debit cards, or online bank transfers.
Please note, we only accept full payment upfront—no instalment plans available.
We recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing that allows you to move freely and confidently.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a small towel to keep fresh, and a pair of comfortable socks.
Since our gym is a barefoot facility, you'll feel right at home while working towards your fitness goals in a cosy, welcoming environment.
Results will depend on your consistency with your training and how well you take care of yourself on non-training days. Your commitment both in and out of the gym plays a key role in achieving your goals.
